This worries me on so many levels. I've long believed our food has become our poison, but this gives me so much more to think about. Then I went and watched Food Inc. which talks about many of the same issues; and now I feel like I need to do something. Thanks for posting this.
As she notes, Canada is actively working to outsource control of our food supply. This should be a no-brainer: if someone else controls the market for our food, what happens in a crisis?
